New England Service Scholarship Recipients To Be Introduced at Fenway Park

NEW ENGLAND SERVICE SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENTS
TO BE INTRODUCED AT FENWAY PARK TOMORROW
BOSTON, MA – The Red Sox Foundation will introduce recipients of the New England Service Scholarships during a pregame ceremony at Fenway Park before the 7:10 p.m. Red Sox-Braves game tomorrow, Wednesday, August 10. The program recognizes graduating high school seniors throughout New England who are making a meaningful impact through local community service by awarding them a $1,000 college scholarship.
One hundred public high school graduates from all six New England states have been awarded scholarships this year. A full list of the award recipients is attached. Before their recognition on the field at Fenway Park, the awardees will participate in a four neighborhood beautification projects across the City of Boston.
The New England Service Scholarship Program is supported by Aspiration and Coca-Cola Northeast. Since the creation of the program in 2010, the Foundation has recognized over 1,000 students as New England Service Scholars.
