Fenway Park Learning Lab Experience
Together with the Red Sox Foundation and Fenway Park Tours, the MassMutual Foundation will open the doors of Fenway Park to Boston Public School 6th graders for an innovative and interactive Learning Lab Experience. By leveraging all of the uniqueness of Fenway Park we can provide rich opportunities for students to learn by integrating activities focused on statistics, history, science, financial literacy and more into the many different areas within the Park. This partnership will allow us to ensure young people have access to Fenway Park and can experience it in a fun, new way together with their classmates. Picnic in the Park Presented by the MassMutual Foundation
The Red Sox Foundation and MassMutual Foundation are looking forward to hosting Picnic in the Park each summer, affording hundreds of kids and families unprecedented access to America’s Most Beloved Ballpark.
In addition to receiving game tickets to watch the Red Sox play, youth and families will then take the field themselves to attend a BBQ in the outfield. They’ll join Wally, Tessie, and the World Series trophies to enjoy an unforgettable evening of entertainment, celebration, and community. We’re proud to share in this partnership as both Foundations seek to create new experiences and inspire a strong sense of belonging and mutuality within the Boston and Springfield areas.
