Michaela joined the Red Sox Foundation in May 2025 as Manager of Giving & Partnerships. In this role, she leverages the platform of the Boston Red Sox to amplify the mission and impact of community organizations across New England and Lee County, Florida. Her love of service and passion for equity began in the eighth grade as a Project 351 Ambassador representing her hometown of Holliston, MA– a nonprofit organization she most recently served as Senior Operations Manager and the first alumni staff member. Prior to that, Michaela worked at the WooSox Foundation during the team’s inaugural season. She is a graduate of Providence College, where she studied Public & Community Service Studies and Spanish, and was named a Newman Civic Fellow. Michaela is proud to work alongside the Red Sox Foundation team to advance the impact that lies at the intersection of sports and social justice.
