Frequently Asked Questions – Right Field Roof Deck Parties
Q: How will I receive confirmation of my packages?
A: Once your donation is processed, you will receive a confirmation email from CyberSource with the donation details. The Red Sox Foundation will send you a separate email within a week of your donation outlining additional details.
Q: When will I see my tickets in my MLB Ballpark app?
A: Ticket distribution for our Sam Deck Concert Parties will be handled closer to show date.
Q: Are children allowed to attend?
A: Yes! We welcome everyone to the Sam Deck. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Q: What happens if it rains?
A: The event is rain or shine! In the event of delays or shelter in place we will follow all ballpark procedures and safety measures.
Q: Is there a bag policy?
A: Yes! Please note, the same policies will apply as with game days including those for bags, so please plan accordingly. If you need to bring a bag, bags must be single-compartment and no larger than 12”x12”x6”. Fenway Park’s bag policy can be found here.
Q: Can I leave the Sam Deck?
A: Yes, you can leave the Sam Deck and re-enter! While you may leave the Sam Deck, your ticket to watch the show is from the Sam Deck and you will be unable to watch from any other area of the ballpark.
Q: Where can I buy merch?
A: We will not have concert merch available for purchase on the Sam Deck. However, there is a merch stand on the concourse level to the right of Gate B as well as stands outside Fenway Park.
Q: Can I bring a guest onto the Sam Deck if they don’t have a ticket?
A: Guests are not permitted on the Sam Deck unless they have a valid ticket for that area. Unfortunately, we’re unable to allow entry to anyone without the appropriate ticket but you are more than welcome to say hello to them in the concourse and re-enter the Sam Deck.
Q: Can I receive a tax acknowledgement letter?
A: Yes! You will receive a tax acknowledgement letter for your support of our Concert Parties by January 2027.
