Maggie joined the Red Sox Foundation in the summer of 2025. She spent her first year post-graduation, from Penn State Smeal College of Business, with the Baltimore Ravens Community Relations team, gaining valuable experience in sports based community impact. Maggie’s passion for her community began to grow during the six years she spent volunteering at Camp ANCHOR, a program dedicated to enriching the lives of children, teens, and adults with disabilities. From a young age, Maggie dreamed of working in professional sports. Today she is proud to be living that dream, committed to using the powerful platform of sports to uplift communities and drive meaningful change.
